Hi Tom
Good to see you on here too.
Have a fantastic Christmas if I dont catch you on Flickr and best wishes for 2010
Gary
Oh, and about the other suggestions:

1) We've tried contacting the publisher directly to no luck.
2) One of our members who went the Amazon UK route was told today that her order, which was already mangled, would take another 1-3 weeks!

I thought reaching out to owners of the book would be a bit more successful, but nope.

Thanks for the reply anyway, Tom. Glad to hear The Shoe Tester is so treasured! -- Tammi
I love your review of 'On Hitler's Mountain' on here and on Amazon UK - I think I might have to get myself a copy now... Thanks!
