About meI love my bike. There is nothing else can truly make me feel free. I spend most of my time riding my bike, or trying to get the world to ride theirs. Squirels make me smile, and river otters are my favorite animals on earth.

"Suffering is the pain of constraints. An atom of pure delight, no matter how small, will hold it at bay.To work on the side of delight and authentic festivity can hardly be distinguished from preparing for a general insurrection"

About my libraryI enjoy a good read, but stuggle to find books that hold my attention. I am a big fan of surrealist novels, bizarro, riot lit, etc. I think everyone needs to read at least one Carlton Mellick or Chris Genoa novel.

Noticed you liked Fight Club, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a disturbed bunch of kids and a bit dark :) I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit.

Thanks,

What's the best bizarro book you've read? I just finished Grape City, and am looking for more along that same line.... Thanks- AR
I like your Burroughs and Bukowski lists. Haven't seen that film, Factotum, yet, but I've read excerpts... gotta remedy that.

"Hobo culture": a great tag!
