Based on the film. I always liked the admittedly-bonkers concept: NASA launch a mission to Mars, but pull out the astronauts at the last minute and fake the landing scenes, only for the rocket to suffer catastrophic failure on the return trip. What happens to the men? I suppose it could be interpreted as indulging the beliefs of real-life conspiracy nuts, but it's nevertheless a fun story. ( )
